Style assessments, personal measurements, wardrobe content, and uploads remain confidential.
Files may be stored in secured cloud platforms (e.g., Google Drive or portal plugins).
Only authorized team members have access to styling records.

4. Client Portal Access

Your portal access is private and password-protected.
Access to styled outfit folders, audit PDFs, or client documents may be removed 30 days after membership ends or service is completed.
You may request access extensions in writing.

5. Media & Portfolio Use

Before-and-after photos or styled looks will never be shared publicly without your written consent.
You may be asked for permission to feature your transformations in our portfolio or case studies.

6. Academic Use (Thesis)

With your consent, anonymized client data (i.e., no names, photos, or identifying info) may be used in the founder’s academic thesis to illustrate styling systems and service outcomes.
You have the right to opt out at any time by contacting us.

7. Data Retention & Your Rights

Data is retained for up to 1 year after your last session.
You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
