1. Non-Refundable Services
All services are non-refundable once rendered, including:

Event Styling Sessions
Packing Services
Virtual Styling & SOS Support
2. Membership Fees
Memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
Clients are encouraged to review package benefits carefully before enrolling.

4. Travel & Location Fees

If travel is already booked and the session is canceled, full reimbursement of travel costs is required.
5. Outfit Recommendations & Purchases
The Closet Compass does not purchase clothing for clients. Clients are responsible for making purchases based on suggestions. We are not responsible for:
Fit or sizing issues
Delays or shipping problems from third-party retailers
Return or refund policies of outside vendors
6. Access to Styled Content
Clients receive access to folders, PDFs, or lookbooks through the portal.
These materials are for personal use only and may be removed 30 days after service or membership ends unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Satisfaction & Feedback
While refunds are not provided, we’re committed to satisfaction.
